Originally, the “WESTMAN GROUP” of companies started with Westman Culvert & Metal Co. Ltd. in 1976, which manufactured riveted galvanized steel culverts in Winnipeg. Over time, other culvert producing facilities were added to the WESTMAN GROUP through a variety of acquisitions.
